Unity VSA Unable to create Community License

I have searched Google and this community portal.  It appears that once again the Unity VSA licensing process is not working.  This was an issue several times in the past as I have found.

The error is "There is an issue connecting to license server. Pleae try after sometime or contact the administrator."

I do have a login, although no active products under support contract.  Clicking the page for the Community License, I am prompted to login.  I login and then it prompts for the generated UUID during install.  Entering that we then receive an error message (repeatedly) that the licensing server is not available.  See below:

Hello OthmanAbuKarma1, I am seeing that the server looks to be online & functioning. If you are still having issues trying to access then you can open a case with support so that we can look into seeing why it is not working for you. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello chaker.tatouh,

We are working on the license server currently and once it is back up then you will be able to get your license.

    Hello RyanYoung-vlab,

There is has not been any change to the license server. We are looking in to this to see how long till we can access the server for licenses.

I tried this again with another web browser, different system and OS.  Same issues.

Your system seems to not like my login.  I created a fake "Corporate" account that then seemed to work?

This REALLY shouldn't be so difficult.

    Josh,

When you are doing this from the Dell corp network with a an employee login you get a different web page

You would need to test from an outside network with a non-corp/customer account
