I have been getting spyware infections once or twice a wk.  I am able to get rid of them either through Norton, Windows Defender or Spybot but my question is when I run the scan again in a day or two the same Spyware/Adware seems to be back again.  Is there something I should be doing to protect my computer other than what I am doing.  I went into Internet Options, Privacy and then added their names to the Always Block list but that didn't help either.  Some of their names: Java/Byteverify; Altnet; Krepper.  I also keep my Norton up to date through LiveUpdate. 

 

Should I be doing something else?  Appreciate any imput.
