I would appreciate greatly help with this.

I stupidly ,I fear, opened attachment warning about worms etc and how to protect from etc....since then 2 things have occured,,,,a) my automatic updates on Windows wont turn on

b) a virus is being detected each time I turn on computer by my McAfee anti virus.........name  dpvvda03.dll    in Folder C:\Windows\ detected as W32/stration.gen@mm. I would love to get rid of this and are the 2 related? Is this something Hijack This can cure?
