Has anyone else had problems with Bluetooth.  My computer is suppose to have it.  My network card says it is also a bluetooth card but nothing.  In device manager I look for the Blue Tooth, just like all of the help areas tell me to and it is not there!  I have tried calling support, twice, and it is worthless.  The first one sent me a coupon to help for $99 and the second one I couldn't even understand.  I have had success in the past with Dell but am completely disappointed with this purchase.
