I just got this NEW vostro 5481 and it is running very slowly. I don't expect this to run perfectly because of the 4gb ram, but it should at least let me run some apps without lagging. For your information, i have contacted a technician who said that it is completely normal for this new laptop to run this slow. However, i was thinking why would dell sell me this laptop knowing it is slow even though it is new?

ps i dont care about the price as long as the quality is great
