can i upgrade with Western Digital WD Blue m.2 SATA SSD, 560MB/s R, 530MB/s W, 5 Y Warranty, 500GB in my vostro 14 5468

The answer is yes, but you will require a bracket to install the SSD. Unless the system shipped with an M.2 SSD, you likely will need to purchase that from Dell.The service manual has the details:
