My Laptop name is Vostro 14-3468. Windows 10 is installed in it. It is stuck at dell logo.

I pressed force shutdown button while the google chrome was running. Then when I turn on my laptop,  it stuck at dell logo. I have checked by pluging out charger and battery. But this method does not work. I pressed F12 but no error found in diganostics. 

Tell me can I solve this problem?
