Autofill
Ok, I'm really confused and with all the searching I can't find an answer. Here goes>>>>>
I bought a new computer 5 months ago, its a Dell 530 desktop with Vista. Now, from the very beginning it has stored my login and passwords for me where no matter what site I frequent once I type in my login I can then double click in the area for my password and it automatically fills it in (after the first initial fill in of course). Now all of a sudden it doesn't do this anymore....I MISS IT! How can I get this setting back? Basically..... How do I set my computer to remember info automatically - for example: if I login to a website with my login and password today and then I go back a day or two later I can double click the login area and choose the login I want and then double click the password box and it fills in for me????? I know its possible because it used to do it....Please help!!!!
Thanks
M

Control panel>internet options>content tab>scroll down to auto complete>click settings.
That should do it.If you happen to delete cookies or saved passwords thru the delete browsing history tab,you will lose saved auto fill.
