When I boot up my Dimension 8400 running Windows XP Home, i get THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH!!!  It comes up with the error "BAD_POOL_CALLER"  Under the "Technical information: it reads

 

*** STOP: 0x000000c2  (0x00000043, 0xd07a4000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

 

On the Dell support, it recommended disabling Hyper Threading.  I did that and rebooted, but still got that screen! 

 

I am hoping that someone out there will be able to help me with this issue :)
