My parents are having a slight problem with their computer. They tell me that their computer won't shutdown...it will restart, just as if they have pressed the restart button instead of the shutdown button. They also said they had a power outage today, and the computer was on. So I'm assuming this is probably the cause of this problem. Does anyone know a solution to this? It seems like we had this problem before--but I'm not sure exactly what I did to solve it.
