Default Home Page

When I received my new system, the home page was defaulted to www.dell4me.com/myway.  Which I HATE!  So, I went to tools, internet options, and selected a new default home page.  The problem is, the home page has reverted back to the dell4me.com/myway perhaps 20 times.  Each time I need to go through the preferences thing again.  Can someone point me to the file I need to delete or whatever to get me out of this cycle.

The only method I know of to eliminate this problem, I do not recommend end users to do this, is you need to use regedit, and regedt32 to make changes in the registry. I can not explain to you how
to do this, as it is a time consuming procedure, and this forum does not allow me to provide that procedure.

So is this something that Dell plants on computers so they have to use the designated home page?  Would installing explorer again solve the problem?  Thanks for any input.
