Clicking on Start>Settings>Control Panel>Internet Options>General>Delete Cookies deletes cookies in the Windows\Temporary Internet Files folder but does not delete the cookies in the Windows\Cookies folder.

 

Can any harm result from manually deleting the cookies in the Windows\Cookies folder?
