Anyone else have this problem? Dell claims that the "Dell PC Restore by Symantec" restores your hard drive to the operating state it was in when you purchased the computer. I recently discovered that this may not be so. I loaded some software from a well known and trusted software company that was a 30 day trial version of the software. The 30 days ran out and it would display a message stating the trial version is over and if you wanted to continue using the software, go to a site and buy it... blah blah blah. Ok, a month or so later I forgot all about it and did a Dell PC Restore by Symantec to restore the computer back like it was when I purchased it. Guess what? I did a little test and loaded the trial version software  again to see if it would work, and it still gives the same expired message. This tells me that the computer is not exactly back like it was when I bought it, or it should have run the trial version software again. Also, this tells me that even malicious play or viruses out there could get on your computer and when you restore it back... the virus could possible still be there. Any comments on this from anyone?
