This software shipped with my Dimension 4600 and appears to be related to a phone line hook-up.  I couln't find much on it except it comes from the Black Ice folks.  Since I use a LAN/cable to access the Web instead of phone line and have software AV and Firewall, can I uninstall this software?  It runs in the background and I'm from the old school, only run what you need and protect resources.
