You can get the latest drivers for the system from the Dell support website.  Just click on the Drivers and Downloads option and either enter your service tag or select your model of computer.  The exact drivers you will need may vary based on teh hardware options you picked when you orderered the computer, but in general they will be:

• notebook system software
• chipset software
• video driver
• audio driver
• touchpad
• network card
• wireless and/or bluetooth card
• modem daughter card (MDC)
• any other hardware
