How do I do a manual complete restore? Like new condition? I need to rid of the virus that is inside my Laptop... Need help

Hi ChuloAQ,Welcome to the Dell Community Forum.In order to re-install the OS completely on your computer, you will have to initiate the Manual OS re-installation using the OS disc which came along with the system. Please complete the data back up from your computer so that the data is intact.
