I have a Dell Inspiron 1100 onto which I am attempting to load HP Real Estate Document Assistanct, to no avail.  I have contacted HP a number of times - their recommended solutions were to run Windows Updates and to disable the firewall and then try again.  I have done both, or at least I think I have done both.  I run McAfee Security Service and I have disabled the firewall and the security service.  If there is another firewall I am not aware of that might possibly be the problem.

I am using a cable modem with an ethernet connection.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
