I have written before - I have the internet - That is all I have.  I have scanned for viruses.  I have contacted dell support.  My computer can't read any system files, or do anything with programs... I have only the internet... I have received the  Windows ME reinstallation disc.  IT can't read it - no system files..  Even tried to install XP  can't read - thanks for any information.
