Hello All,

I have a laptop (Latitude 7000) that will not boot. It has a SSD drive.  The error states missing media when turned on.  I will call support but wondering what steps I should take first?  Will I be able to boot from a USB drive and try accessing the C drive?

Just a side note, SSD drives in my experience have not been very reliable as compared to standard drives.
