No live tv
Dimension 8400 WinXP/MCE shipped March of this year. Plenty of other problems trying to fix, but in the meantime would like to get live TV back on my computer. Everything used to work fine.
So why are my video card and drivers suddenly not compatable?

So, where did the tuner go and how do I know if have valid turner hardware driver installed?
How do I get an O.S. restoration CD and a CD with all the drivers?
