Print Screen doesn't work right
When I press the PrtScn or Prnt Scrn button (depending on whether it's built-in or external keyboard), I get the error from Microsoft Office Clipboard "Item not collected". When I press the alt-PrtScn on a large window, I get the same error from Microsoft Office Clipboard "Item not collected". When I press alt-PrtScn on a medium size window, I get the error from Microsoft Office Clipboard "Item not Collected: Delete items to increase available workspace" - sometimes after this error I find can actually paste the screen grab (especially if the window was small), and sometimes Paste is grayed out.
On occasion, I don't get an error, but when I go to paste the image I get an error "Error getting the Clipboard Data!"
On other occasions when I don't get an error, it grabs the screen but when I paste it is inverse black and white.
If I close all Microsoft Office-ware and do Prnt Scrn, it grabs the screen but when I paste it is inverse black and white.
