Hey,

I have dial up on my Insipiron 5150 notebook or laptop.  Everytime I dial-up and after I get connected, any program I try to load, doesn't load until after 2 to 3 minutes.

For example:  I dial up, and it says im now connected to "blah blah".  I double click IE, it won't load.  I double click Microsoft Word, it won't load.  I double click AOL Instant Messegner, that won't load.  But after 2 to 3 minutest, of just sitting there.  IE, MS Word, and AOL IM, all pop up on the screen, like i just clicked them

Any ideas of what my problem is?
