Yup, right click on the Setup file, amend it to run in XP compatability mode and try again. It'll work fine albeit with some limited functionality where it clashes with Vista, wireless options in particular.

By Setup I mean the setup file created once you have unzipped the download, the one usually stored in the c/Dell folder. If you can't get it to work then sorry, not a clue. All I can say is that mine works fine.

Not working that way. Tried also to install new version on top (7.2.13) and giving same error.
