I'm in a tight spot and need an answer ASAP if possible...
When ordering a Dell PC I selected the wrong language, XP Eng when I need XP French. The package isn't opened yet, so I can always return but the 15% free ends up coming real close a retail copy of XP french from Future Shop. Is there any way I can switch the language? (Withough it costing more that 250$, that's a retail copy of XP)
I have a Dell kiosk in a shopping center near my house - Would they do it without having to ship the whole thing back?
