I'm running XP and once again on an update the support center software (sprtcmd.exe) is not allowing me to shutdown my computer. This has taken place since the last update of the software on 10/02/08. I have been unable to remove the program with install/uninstall. I would appreciate someone helping me uninstall this continously aggravating "support" software.
