Hi guys,

Just want to check with you all that my laptop unable to startup the windows sometimes. When i called the dell support centre, they said, there is nothing wrong with any of the hardware. Means, there is not hardware failure and they suspected is due to the software failure. I try to restore the system but unable as there is an error message showing that something has stopped the restore progress.

Is there anyone there to help me out...im so stressful out now..
