Just so everyone knows, there are still some of us with NO "Express" Upgrade even though registering the early morning hours of November 29, 2006!

 

Dell has really been no help other than checking things and telling me "everything is OK." Also told me, "first-in-first-out." Both were lies. :smileymad:

 

Wish I had never purchased this computer and it's far too late for me to return it. I'm stuck and another instance of "buyer beware!" :smileymad:

 

From what I read, many with the XPS 410 are having trouble so maybe it's not such a bad thing. I still think my XPS 410 has been "white listed" because it has Dell Datasafe and RAID 1 array but Dell keeps denying this. I've asked before but I'll ask again, anyone upgrade an XPS 410 with Dell Datasafe and the RAID1 array in Vista?
