Seems like many of us who registered the first day the Vista Express Upgrade site was active (11-29-06) have stopped posting about the fact that we have received NOTHING!! This message is just to remind all of you about Dell's apparent lack of support, response, caring, etc., about this issue. :smileymad:

 

All I have gotten is an automated e-mail stating that "all upgrades should be shipped by April 15, 2007." Some have even gotten e-mails stating the end of April. :smileymad:

 

I assume this was a matter of "white listing" my Dell XPS 410 with RAID 1 array but since Dell won't answer anything personally about this, I'm not sure as are the many others who have received nothing.

 

Next time, anything but  a Dell!
