I downloaded a trial of My Spyware Cleaner recommended by an emailed MSN support security bulletin.  After installing itself it did a scan, but in order to delete the files it found of "High" or "Extreme Risk" I had to register the trial product.  Instead I used Add/Remove to delete the program.  However, it still shows up in my registry as:

Spyware Cleaner C:Program Files HKCU\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\|CURRENT VERSION.

 

How to I safely get rid of this registry entry?
