Help!  XP keeps freezing up.  The computer freezes up whenever I try to large numbers of photos to a photo lab using their propritary software.  This software has worked flawlessly in the past and I have not recently installed and software or components.

 

The screen says Windows has experienced an error and has shut down in order to keep from damaging your computer. (or something similar to that)

 I understand that the BIOS caching & shadowing is already disabled in a Dell 4500.

 

Does anybody know what these error messages mean and how to correct them,short of taking the whole thing apart & hauling it to the shop??
