VNC problems

I have an android 4 tablet and i want to buy Pocketcloud to control all my servers. Now i have installed the free version and have problems with two VNC connections. the app says that the pass is not correct.

I have 4 VNC connection : 178.238.xxx.xxx.xxx:63013 and 79.143.xxx.xxx:63015 works fine but 178.238.xxx.xxx:63023 and 178.238.xxx.xxx:63023 doesn't..work Ani idea? It's possible the port 63023? I have installed also Jump Desktop and this app works fine with all 4 servers via VNC
