In the last month I have noticed that my upload speed has been very limited.

Normally I get about 27Mb download and 6Mb upload.

Now my upload is about 0.3Mb

My investigation has concluded that it is due to Killer Network Service. If I disable this via msconfig selective start-up normal performance is restored.

I had tried a clean install of the Killer performance suite but that did not resolve the problem. I have now done an uninstall of the Killer performance suite and it is working fine.

There are lots of articles in the community that say disable or uninstall Killer Network Service for various performance reasons.

I am just curious to understand what has changed in the last month to cause this issue? I understand from other posts that it is likely that the Killer Suite will automatically reinstall itself at some point and I will have to disable it again.

Is there a way to uninstall the Killer Suite and not get it auto reinstalled?
