I had an XPS 9370 that would BSOD whenever I plugged anything into the thunderbolt ports.  After reading all the horror stories online, I was actually pretty worried about my newish laptop that I've babied since purchase.  Well...long story short they had my machine in their possession for 3 days and shipped it back out to me fixed!  Replaced the main logic board the receipt says....between the ease of getting shipping materials sent to your door and the quick turnaround I give them 5 stars!  lol  You never really see any good reviews so I figured I'd post mine.
