Driver error
Here is another issue that Dell can chew on
Repeated system error message: 20 times or more a day.
The driver\Driver\WudRd failed to load for the device { location } Detection Verification { location } Kernel PnP Event ID 219
Here is another event issue.
MTConfig errors 50 times a day.
An attempt to configure the input mode of a multi-touch device failed.
These errors occur after running the Dell assist program. Which shows everything is just fine with your system.
Goes to show one how in-depth its analysis algorithms are.
Please list exact Dell model number and version of windows. Example: Dell Inspiron 15 3543, windows 10

XPS 13 2 in 1 Model 7390
Dell has the service tag number as well
Out of curiosity, are you running Windows 10 2004? I just formatted back to the factory image at support's request and found that the problem went away. I then noticed the factory image uses 1909. First thing I did when I got this laptop was fresh install 2004 from the media creation tool as I don't trust factory images.
Seems like this is more an issue with how the XPS drivers/hardware interact with Windows 10 2004.

On my laptop xps 13 2in1 7390 service tag: Windows 10 (2004), after exiting sleep the touchpad does not work correctly, namely the delay when the finger touches the touchpad. Disabling and enabling the driver (Human Interface Devices) HID \ VEN_DLL & DEV_08B0 & Col02 helps
In the windows error log of MTConfig Event 1
Help to deal with this problem.

I'm having the exact same issue on my XPS 13 2-in-1 7390 (Win 10 2004)! Trackpad lagging a lot after sleep and many MTConfig errors in event viewer. Very annoying as this makes the laptop hardly usable.
Please fix asap Dell!

This was posted over in the Latitude 7400 touch pad erratic thread, but for anyone only watching the XPS one; Win 10 20H2 re-added the ability to force the S3 sleep, run this and after the reboot the machine will be back to the way it was on 1909... Anyone stuck on Win 10 2004 may not benefit from this workaround:

Edit: I'm going by what was reported in the reddit article; but the MS document is dated pre-20H2; so the 2004 version compatibility is subject to validation. fwiw.
