Erratic mouse 

I have a brand new XPS 9310 2-in-1 (received June 2021). I have a WD19TB docking station and two P2319H monitors and a Dell Bluetooth mouse.

The mouse behavior is very erratic. As I’m moving it around it frequently jumps somewhere else. It is almost impossible to use.
