Relatively (a few months) new XPS 13 7390.

I have it connected to the accompanying Dell USB C cable to charge more or less all the time.

It is also connected more or less all the time to a Dell "docking station" powered hub.

This is perhaps the 3rd or 4th Monday I've come in and the laptop is completely dead and depowered. As usual, was running fine when I left work previously, always shut it down when I leave (so it's sitting, power off, still connected to everything).

The power cable shows live all the time.

So I have to randomly unplug and replug the USB-C power into various of the USB C ports until I get some power-input response from the laptop and then wait several minutes until it's at least 3%+ so I can use it while it's charging.

It appears to be that a) the system seems to 'forget' that it's connected to power, and b) seems to keep using a non-trivial amount of power while off.

Neither of these makes sense. Can someone please help me?

Not great to roll into work on a Monday morning and not have a computer for several minutes.
