XPS 9520 Random crashing

I have Dell XPS 9520 (i9 32GB RAM with RTX 3050TI) for about 10 months now. It keeps crashing and can't figure out what could cause it. As a software engineer, I lost many hours trying to re-write the code, after each crash since the crash corrupts temp files and there is no way to recover anything.

I'm using also Dell Dock WD19S and have connected 2 displays. One 4k monitor via Display port and one Full HD via HDMI. Everything is working perfectly until it crashes.

On these two external monitors image freezes, on the laptop monitor screen goes black and the fans goes full throttle. Fans keep spinning until you manually reboot it.

I have contacted support many times about this and got live agents who just click the update software button and that's it.

Is there any solution for this? I'm using OEM Windows 11 and all drivers are up to date all the time.

If the crashes happen during routine operation -- either just Windows, or Excel, Chrome/Edge, etc. -- that points to a Windows issue, or less probably, a hardware issue.

If the crashes happen only when running a program you've written, that points toward the program being the cause, not Windows or the hardware.

    Which case applies?

It always happens randomly. While watching youtube videos, listening to music via spotify, typing documents, coding... I Can't reproduce it, and it could be Windows 11 causing this but not needed, Since I also own PC with similar specs with windows 11 and it never crashed.

This might sound daft but I have had then same problems but its only random crashes when the battery is below about 40%, might look in to changing the battery to see what happens....

I have this issue for very long, temporary solution is to turn off the C-State on the Performance settings in the BIOS. C-State is basically a low-power mode that lowers the frequency & voltages of the CPU when the computer is inactive (or low power battery.) The crash is likely to happen when the CState levels are changed; Possibly it disconnects power supplies to some parts (e.g. SSD). If it still crashes after disabling CState, try disabling other CPU features such as Speed Step, Hyper Threading, etc. The problem is that if you turn off those low power settings, it consumes the battery power relatively quickly. I also tried the Dell Support many times but they were never helpful >:(

Update: I have noticed that if I remove one RAM card and plug in only one RAM card (out of two RAM card slots,) it stopped crashing. I purchased a RAM with 32GB capacity by one card itself and started using it. Replacing two RAM cards with just one RAM card might let y'all solve the crashing problem.
