Consider removing your graphics card before shipping to avoid putting any stress on the slot.

If it were me, I would go to a UPS or FedEx store and let them pack it. They generally do a good job bubble wrapping the daylights out of everything so that it is not damaged in transport, especially if you pay for the insurance where they pay if it arrives damaged. Just a thought.
