I have an R10 and ever since the automatic upgrade from BIOS 2.1.3 to 2.2.1 my machine will not boot.

I've seen other people with issues involving this BIOS version and I have posted in other threads and Customer Care got in touch and I've had 3 engineers come round to fix it with a new motherboard. The fix works until the system sees there's a newer version of the BIOS and upgrades it. So my problem isn't fixed. I'm hoping that a new BIOS version will reverse the fault and allow my machine to boot again, without the need for another motherboard and engineer visit.

I just thought it might be an idea to collate the experiences of R10 owners with the same problems in one place.
Mine is a 4 month old R10 with the 5900 (non X) and a 3080 and 32GB.

As a side note. Something's up with my account. I took this laptop home at the weekend and now my Inbox is empty of the entire discussion I was having with Customer Care. I used the same login, but all the history is gone.
I know they read these forums, so if someone could get in touch, so we can continue the dialogue.
