Will be adding an additional GPU on my Dell Aurora R11 ( w RTX3080 ). ( have a 1000 watt psu )

I will be using a riser, Ive been using this desktop with the side panel off with the PSU Open Wide

I can't seem to find a 6/8 Pin that is coming out of the existing PSU.

Does anyone have experiences with additional GPU for this Model?
