Have had my R13+3080ti system for a few months.
In the beginning i had the normal black screen, reboot issues that were resolved with the latest firmware update.
Last night i left the PC on and when i came in this morning the machine was humming like it was on but the screen, keyboard and mouse LEDS were all off so i thought it had crashed.
Turns out i cant boot the machine anymore. When i turn the machine off and back on, the Alienthead briefly flashes, the fans go on and then nothing happens. The fans continue to run but the peripherals dont light up and there is no POST process. Just the fans humming. I took a video of it here:

Also of note is that when i hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn it off, it turns back on immediately.
Now i have premium 24/7 support and after 10 calls? to dell i get a message to say that they have technical difficulties and to try again later. Not good enough tbh. Now im back to my old and rock solid Alienware Area51.
Ok so technician came over and swapped the nvme drive and installed the vr heat sinks that were never installed after the mobo was replaced.
system is working. However beware that the disk controller in the firmware is set to RAID ON by default and with the default Windows 10/11installation you will need to load the intel rapid storage controller driver or it wont be able to find a drive to install on. Other option is to set AHCI/NVME in the firmware
what an absolute nightmare. Can finally use this system again...
Have you done a self-test of the power supply? I'm assuming that there's a black button on the back of the PSU with an LED light that turns green if it's OK. That's sounding like a potential PSU issue or possible mobo. Try the PSU self-test.

Im going through it now but both the sections:

Both investigations include a recommendation for doing aPSU test but on an aurora R13 there is no test button.
Ive also removed the cover to look inside. When all devices are disconnected it makes no difference. Th RTX3080 card has power and the fans are running but the alienwarehead (power button) light is off and the led lights on the NIC are not showing as well.

Try what F34R mentioned except after you unplug the power cord, hold down the power button for 45 secs to drain all the residual power in the PSU. Put the AC cord back in and turn on the PC.
If that doesn't work, unplug the AC cord, hold down the power button again and remove the BIOS battery or use the motherboard jumper to reset the BIOS. See if that works.
30 secs is fine, and if you don't feel comfortable removing the BIOS battery, there is a jumper on the motherboard to reset the BIOS. Make sure to unplug the AC cord and drain the residual power by holding down the power button for 30 secs.
Refer to the owners manual (download it online) as to the jumper location on the motherboard.

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a part replacement.
Dell policy =
