So, I bought the Alienware AW2518HF 25" gaming monitor in May of this year, and more specifically May 29, 2019. At first, there was no problems with the panel at all, except for a scratch that existed in the back chassis of the AW2518HF. Though, in the last couple months I've noticed weird lines showing up in all of the screen when I was gaming. Especially, this last couple days, the three lines on the top started to be progressively more and more defined. I personally haven't heard of such a thing happening to someone else, so I really don't know what to do and how to act. Please, if you know anything about this line/grid-like problem, inform me. I've visited Dells website, and I found about their pixel policy and premium panel guarantee, that covers my Alienware monitor. Though, they don't mention specific time periods, in which they will replace the panel with a new one. I read that after 30 days of the purchase, they will replace the monitor with a refurbished one (a used one), and that really confused me. Please, if you know anything and can help me with this specific situation, share your knowledge with me and/or us. Thanks in advance!

Any monitor exchange done after the first 30 days from the Dell invoice date will result in a used/refurbished exchange.
