Area-51m, GeForce RTX 2080, not detected

New Alienware A51M Laptop bought. Everything was working fine until one day Overwatch game settings all became low. Uninstalled the Nvidia Graphics Driver and now I can't install any Nvidia Drivers. Display adapters now only show the Intel UHD Graphics. What can I do about this?

It is possible there is a problem with the NVidia GPU. Restart the system and when you see the Dell splash screen start tapping F12. Run full diagnostics watching for any GPU errors or to see if the NVidia GPU is even detected.

    Hi

And what? Has ePSA diagnostics been performed? Besides you can recover system anytime.

What Nvidia driver was installed? I've got A-51m,too. I download directly from Nvidia and the latest version is 441.66.

    Any progress?

    Hello again,

We just wanted to know if the problem has been already fixed. If not, please try following this steps:

On Device Manager, expand system devices and look for devices with exclamation marks. If you find some, right click them and uninstall them.

    After removing them:
    • Refresh the Device manager until Unknown devices are shown, then after refreshing again, Nvidia will show up.
    • Just make sure once you right click on it, it shows all the options (update, disable, Uninstall) and then restart.
    • Make sure Drivers are updated with Clean installation and test the Video as usual.

Let us know if you still require our help.
