I'm about to sell my Alienware m15 because the fan is so annoying. It's constantly spinning up and down. The only way to have any sanity is to set it to high performance, but then its really loud. I have another Laptop, a Dell Latitude 7490 which doesn't make a sound. I get that this one has a GPU, but man, the fan is HORRIBLE!! I cant even think!
Try opening up the computer backplate and check if the fans are obstructed by dust or bits of objects. @Fernando C.G. And @Gavin S.

Quick Tip: If your laptop has voltage / charging issues, try shutting it down, unplugging power from laptop, hold power button down for 30 seconds to do a full reset!
Also use the program called speedfan and go to the configure settings and click the button that says advanced setting and check the box that says dell support.
