Customer Service

I really need some help on the absolute worst customer service ever. I’ve been trying to buy my grandson an Alienware laptop. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It was cancelled due to the APO AP armed forces mailing address. The email said I should reorder and change the mail carrier. I did that. Then it was canceled again and I received an email saying to follow the link on the email and reorder from the invoice. I did that too! I received an email saying it was shipped a month ago. Never received it. I called customer service. They said it was built but not shipped but they would ship it. Never got it. I called again on the 21st of jan and was told it would ship on the 22nd. I called on the 23rd and was told another online order was placed on the 21st? I asked to speak to someone in the United States and was transferred to someone who wasn’t even close to being coherent on the phone and it wasn’t a rep in the states. I had to hang up call again and was Told there was no additional order on the 21st and he has no idea of what I’m talking about. He says the order has been delivered but I don’t have it. Maybe he means delivered to the military post office in the states that ships our mail here. I’ve left a ton of stuff out dealing with the customer service reps that I believe are in India. It has been horrible and as a 54 year old man I have never written to complain about anything because it takes my time to do it. Dell has made me make an exception, this is unreal. I am literally sitting here with a cardiac monitor on (unrelated) that my dr is making me wear and your service this morning had it going off. I’m trying to spend almost $3K and it has been the most horrible purchase ever! My grandkid can become a member of Mensa and I’ll never go through this again with Dell.
again, I have never written a complaint, I have 428 technicians working under me, I have a 24/7 customer service center that primarily employs Okinawans here in japan serving American customers. I understand a language barrier and communication problems. My experience wasn’t remotely that, it was complete incompetence, misinformation and they could care less. The inability to reach someone in the States to help resolve my issue is the cherry of the cake. I can send the emails I received if you’d like. I want to speak to someone in the USA about my problem
