Dell 7577 stutters

Hello

I got Dell Inspiron 7577 FHD version and I had an issue that it was overheating so I solved the issue by downgrade the BIOS to 1.9.3 and I was able to undervolt this machine but now I'm facing another issue and that it stutters after 30 minutes of playing and I noticed that the GPU usage drops to 0 sometimes and it normally stays between 70&80 I don't know why it doesn't work with full power and sometimes it gets to 99% while the CPU stays below 80% and that is causing the stutters I guess .. I'm sorry if my english isn't that good but I tried as much as I can to explain what is happening with me, can somebody please help me fix this issue?

Thanks

What is the BIOS version installed?

Have you observed any thermal issues with the computer? Does the system heat up or do you get any thermal error messages?

Open Nvidia control panel & set the game to open automatically with the Nvidia card.

Please update the Intel Chipset device driver & Intel Dynamic Platform & Thermal
