F9 (G) key not working

I have a dell g15 5515 Ryzen edition and recently I haven't been able to activate high performance mode unless Alienware command console was open, I used to be able to simply press the F9 key and activate high performance, I uninstalled Alienware cc because I had issues with the keyboard backlight, but now that I can't reinstall it because I have windows 11, how can I turn on high performance mode with out it?

Did you ever get it fixed? I am in the same situation. Uninstalled Dell-Support software and Alienware Command Center, and now the FN+F9 key doesn't work

You have Game Shift feature even without G-key on F9! In order to work you have to install first Alienware Command Center Application and then Alienware OC Controls Application. Pressing F9 or FN+F9, depending on your BIOS settings, will launch G-mode!
