I am facing an issue with the I2C HID device driver wherein it shows the below error
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
A request for the HID descriptor failed.
Due to the error, the touchpad gestures are not at all working. I have tried uninstalling, disabling the driver and restarting the laptop but still could not solve the issue. I am facing this since months now and even after allowing Dell Professionals to repair the problem, it is still there. This is very frustrating. Dell has not solved this problem and now I am not sure what should be done.
I am using Dell Inspiron 7573.
Please let me know if anyone has any inputs regarding the issue.
