I've tried to connect my laptop to the internet but it shows a globe with a cancelled circle next to it. When I go to the network and internet settings, the network status shows the laptop icon with a dashed line going to a globe icon. Then below it says that I am not connected and that I am not connected to any networks. When I troubleshoot the problem it says that I need to install a driver for my network adapter. I've check the drivers and they work properly. I've even installed the Bluetooth Network Driver via flash drive because I cannot access the internet to directly download it. I do not understand the issue. Troubleshooting only gives me the message that Windows could not find a driver for my network adapter. Please help.
