Hello,

I am new to the community and have joined due to frustration with my new Inspiron 7490 laptop which, out of the box has a video shifting problem. It does it intermittently, and when I am on a web browser or in Excel. When it shifts it is quick - right then left and stops. It is not a flicker but a shift, then back to normal. Has anyone seen this, or has a fix for it? I run on Windows 10 Pro. Thanks.
